UPDATE:  It's been 1 year since we started our Critical Home Repair Program, and we are proud of the impact that it has made.  This program has assisted 12 families in making critical and necessary repairs to their homes.  Additionally, several other projects are being reviewed and considered.  The completed projects include roof repairs, roof replacements, window replacements, furnace installations and repairs, and major plumbing repairs.  Many THANKS go out to our volunteers, donors, colleagues and suppliers for helping provide this much needed program with our communities.

Are you a homeowner that needs repairs on your home, but you have a low income and haven't been able to afford them?  Are these repairs necessary to keep your home a clean, healthy, accessible and safe place to live?

We may be able to help.

The grid below gives an idea of the income levels.  This grid shows information for a family of four, just to provide some basic information.  For more specific questions, just call our office.  We'll be happy to mail you our "pre-application" or you can click here to download it.

NOTE:  The information below (and on the application) was based on 2017 government figures.  When the next set of numbers is released in 2018, the information will be updated.

The Critical Home Repair Program works in partnership with income qualifying homeowners in need of essential home repairs and improvements to create a safe, healthy, affordable and decent place to live.

Only repairs addressing health, safety, accessibility issues, or preservation of structural integrity will be considered.  Please understand that this is NOT an emergency repair program; the approval process and preliminary meetings may take several months.
